1 kg tenderized steak
Cook with
4 tbl ginger garlic masala,
1 tsp salt, 1 tbl dry dhana,
1 tsp arad,
5 tbl lemon juice,
1 tomato grated,
1 onion grated and
3 tbl tomato sauce.
Cook with ghee and oil till cooked.
Make dough with
2 ½ cups flour
2 ½ tsp baking .powder
1/4 Ib butter
Salt and pepper
Add milk to make a soft dough, take 3/4 dough and roll out to fit pyrex dish, spread chutney, cooked steak, cheese and mash potato. Close with rest of dough, prick all over, brush with egg and sprinkle with tal. Bake in oven at 180 till done. Cut into squares and serve
