Bed of mixed lettuce:
Butter lettuce,baby spinach,rocket leaves,Oak leaves, Romanian lettuce and Frise’e
Julienne carrots
Julienne cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Feta cheese cubes
Kiri cheese cubes
Beetroot cubes
Olives
Dates chopped
Fig quarters
Pomegranate seeds
Onion strips
Dressing
3 Tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix the salad from lettuce up drizzle with dressing and enjoy with some buttered barley bread on the side
