1 Kg chicken wings
1 ½ tsp ginger/garlic
1 Tbsp honey 2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp ghee
2 Tbsp Worcester sauce or H.P sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
season with salt, pepper and a dash of chilli
Method:
Chicken wings can be washed and drained dry and used just as they are .
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well, allowing the marinade to cover all the flesh. Leave overnight or for at least 12 hours. Whilst marinating turn the meat once or twice so that the marinade sticks all over.
Spread out in a lightly greased baking pan, cover with foil and bake in moderate oven 180C for 30 min. Remove foil from, turn and baste chicken well with juices in pan and bake uncovered till meat is cooked .
