Sweet corn Lagan (Mince)
1 tin sweetcorn
1 cup mix veg
2 tsp baking powder
3 tblsp butter
1 cup mince
1 tbl green masala
1 tsp jeeru
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 slices bread soaked in a cup of milk
Chopped dhana
Give above ingredients a quick whizz in magimix and spread into a rectangular baking dish, sprinkle with tal and bake at 180 for 35 min.
Sweetcorn Lagan (Chicken)
1 cup chicken fillet (cubed finely and cooked with 1 tblsp green masala and 2 onions chopped in 2 tblsp ghee)
1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
3 eggs (beaten)
3 slices bread soaked in beaten egg
Chopped dhana and spring onions
Mix everything nicely together, spread into a greased baking pan and bake for 40 to 45 min at 180 till done, once baked and cooled, cut into squares, dip in egg and breadcrumbs and fry in shallow oil.
