1 chicken. Cut .washed and cleaned.
½ tin Tomato Puree.
1 Tablespoon Red Masala.
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice.
2 teaspoon fine red chillies.
1/4 teaspoon Arad.
1/4 teaspoon jeeru.
Marinate the above for an hour..
Cook chicken in ghee.
Once cooked.
Lay in oven tray and make sauce and pour over.
Sauce:
3 Tablespoon Olive Oil.
Blob of butter.
1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic…
1 Tablespoon crushed Chilies.
1 Tablespoon Paprika.
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice.
Method:
Braise so that garlic cooks a bit.
Then add other ingredients and mix well.
Pour over chicken.
Grill for 10 minutes or till it seals .but do not leave it too long that sauce dries out.
Time varies according to your taste.
Serve with baked potatoes
Boil 6 potatoes with jackets for about 15 min.
Drain and leave to cool.
Lay in oven proof bowl or baking tray.
Mix together:
500 ml fresh cream.
½ cup mayonnaise.
1 Tablespoon crushed green chillies.
1 Teaspoon aromat.
1 Teaspoon Jeeru.
1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic.
Pour over potatoes. And bake in the oven
For about 15 /20 min.
Serve with Naan.
Tawa Garlic Naan.
2 cups Flour.
1 Tablespoon Ghee.
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder.
3/4 Teaspoon Salt.
1/2 cup yoghurt.
Lukewarm Milk- to make dough.
Method:
Mix all ingredients together.
Make dough with lukewarm milk.
Roll out small rotis.
Grill on tawa.
Brush with garlic butter.
