½ Chicken fillet cut into chunky cubes
ā¦Marinate in
- 1tbls Canada tandoori spice,
- ½ tsp ina parmens garlic pepper,
- 2 tsp ginger garlic masala,
- 1tsp crushed garlic,
- 2 tsp crushed red chilies,
- 1 tbls lemon juice
- , ¼ tsp crushed cumin
- 1 tbs mayonnaise,
- 3 tbls yoghurt,
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbls olive oilā¦
Marinate & thread on skewersā¦.grill in oven with few blobs of butter till done.
Sauce
- 100gr of butter,
- ¼ tsp crushed garlic,
- ¼ tsp garlic flakes,
- 1tsp red chillies,
- 1tsp Canada tandoori spice,
- ash of lemon juice,
- 1 tbls tomato sauce,
- 2 tbls mayonnaise
- tbls yogurt ¼ tsp brown
Sugar and lil garlic pepperā¦boil and pour over skewers garnish with chopped dhania
