1/2kg chicken fillet cut into chunky cubes…
• Marinate in 1tbls Canada/or any other Tandoori spice
• 1/2 tsp Ina Parmens Garlic pepper
• 1/2 tsp orange lemon pepper
• 2tsp ginger garlic masala
• 1tsp crushed garlic
• 2 tsp crushed red chillies
• 1tbls lemon juice
• 1/4tsp crushed cumin
• 1tbs mayonnaise
• 3tbls yoghurt
• 1/2 tsp brown sugar
• 1tbls olive oil
Marinate & thread on skewers…grill in oven with few blobs of butter till done..
Sauce;
100gr of butter, 1/4 tsp crushed garlic, 1/4 tsp garlic flakes, 1tsp red chillies, 1tsp Canada tandoori spice, dash of lemon juice, 1tbls tomato sauce, 2tbls mayonnaise 2 tbls yoghurt 1/4 tsp brown sugar and a little garlic pepper …boil and pour over skewers garnish with chopped dhania
