1 Litre water

1 Amuco/Acc..

8 cloves

8 peppers

1 Sachet Ginger tea or u can use fresh Ginger…that has been cut up…5 small pieces

1 tsp of Turmeric/Arad…u can use fresh turmeric…4 pieces cut up

1 tea bag of choice…

2 tblsp honey

Boil together and sip hot 2 x a day.
