Ingredients
1 whole chicken uncut
2 tsps fine Dhania
1 tblsp crushed green chillies
1 tblsp ginger garlic masala
2 tsp chillie garlic paste
2 ½ tsps red chillies
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp crushed Jeero
2 tsps salt
1 ½ tsp lemon pepper
4 tblsps lemon juice
2 tblsps oil
Method
1. Mix all the above ingredients together and marinate the chicken
2. Cover in a pot for about 45 minutes, leave the sauce in the pot.
3. Put the chicken in the oven for about 5 to 10 minutes then remove from the oven and pour over the sauce from the pot
4. Serve with chips and salad.
