Jews are now a minority in historical Palestine. Moulana Ebrahim Moosa told Radio Islam International that this is according to prominent Israeli demographer Professor Armon of the University of Haifa.
He said this is significant because, according to Prof Arman’s projections, the Jewish population in the State of Israel now makes up less than 47% of the total percentage of people residing in historical Palestine.
The Jewish population in historical Palestine is 7.4 million, and the Palestinian people, which includes those within the State of Israel both in the West Bank and the Gaza strip in Jerusalem, is 7.5 million.
An anti-Zionist former employee of Google speaks out on the company’s deals with the Israeli military. Moulana Moosa said the employee is Ariel Koren, a product marketing manager at Google for education. She has worked at Google for over seven years and has now come out publicly saying that she’s resigned from the company because of its unethical practices.
Essentially, grievance’s core has been called ‘project members’. This is a collaboration 1.2 billion contract between Google, Amazon Web Services and Israel that has provided cloud services to the country’s military and government.
According to Moulana Moosa, it came to the public that this agreement was signed right in the middle of Israel’s war on the Gaza strip in 2021.
He said in the same year, Koren very outspokenly criticized the agreement. Koren said these actions had prompted war crime investigations by the International Criminal Court.
When she came out with this publicly, she was supported by hundreds of workers at Google and Amazon who signed a petition. She has gone on to say that in addition to the verification because of her stance, she has also found that Google has a sustained culture of silencing not only Palestinian Arab and Muslim workers and creating toxic working conditions for them but even silencing anti-Zionist Jews who don’t draw a particular line.
Google responds that they’ve investigated it and haven’t found much worthy of attention here. Also, Google is saying they’re proud to be chosen by the Israeli government to provide cloud computing services to help transform the country digitally.
