2 TBLSP GHEE
CRUSHED GREEN CHILLIES TO TASTE
SALT TO TASTE
½ TSP DHANIA POWDER
½ TSP JEERO POWDER OR ½ TSP WHOLE JEERO
½ BUNCH CHOPPED METHI BHAJIE
½ CUP MILK AND ½ CUP WATER TO MAKE DOUGH METHOD MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS AND MAKE DOUGH WITH MILK AND WATER MIXTURE.
ROLL INTO ROUNDS AND FRY OVER MEDUIM HEAT.
