1 pkt baby potatoes
1 red pepper cut in big chunks
1 red/brown onion cut in big chunks
3 whole garlic cloves
Method:
Toss all vegetables together in a baking pan or casserole dish.
Sauce:
1 pkt thick veg soup
1 small tin creamstyle corn
1 ½ cup cups water
½ cup milk
1 fresh cream
Ground green chillies and dhania salt, pepper and garlic
Method:
1. Mix together and beat with a fork.
2. 2. Pour sauce over vegetables.
3. Bake at 180 for 1 hour.
