2 potatoes
2 cups mix veg
1 cup grated cheese
½ tsp crushed jeera
1 Tbsp oil
Ground chillies, salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped onion
1 bunch spring onion chopped
Chopped dhania
Method:
Saute the vegetables and onions in oil for about 5 minutes
Add spices and simmer until vegetables are tender and the corn softened
When cooled, add the cheese and greens.
