1 dessertspoon sesame seeds
1 tsp whole mustard
2 dessertspoons oil
1 cup frozen mix vegetables
1 cup frozen whole corn
½ cup frozen peas
½ cup water
2 potatoes –boiled and cubed or mashed
2 dessertspoons green chillies
2 tsps salt or to taste
1 tsp fine fine garlic
1 level dessertspoon dhania
1 level tsp jeero
Lemon juice
2 tblsp coconut – optional
Oil
½ cup greens – spring onion and dhania
METHOD
Add whole mustard and sesame seeds to oil. When the mustard begins to sizzle, add mixed vegetable, corn and peas. Add water and cook on medium heat until all the water has evaporated, but vegetable is moist. Add potatoes and all the rest of the ingredients and braise stirring the mixture continuously for 5 minutes. Remove from stove. When cool add greens
