Vegetable Kebaabs (27.01.07)

1 packet ready made vegetable skewers with fresh rosemary or make up your own by threading chunks of fresh vegetables onto a wooden skewer.

Marinade:

175ml olive oil
15ml harissa paste
15ml caraway seeds
Generous pinch of cumin and turmeric
1-2 cloves of garlic

Place vegetable skewers in dish big enough to have them in a single layer.
Combine the mar5inade ingredients pour over vegetable kebabs and rub over kebabs.
Leave for at least one hour to marinate. Just before eating place over coals or grill under a pre- heated grill until brown and cooked through. Serve immediately
