1 chopped onion
1 large potato diced
500g soup greens
1 tsp fine ginger
1 tsp fine garlic
Red chillies to taste
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp each of dhunia and geera seeds
A pinch of fine elachi
100 ml coconut milk
2 Tbsp each of chopped dhunia and spring onion
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
Dry roast cumin and dhunia and when they give an aroma remove and crush fine.
Saute onions in butter and when they change color andd in ginger, garlic, vegetables and spices- stir fry well so all veggies are coated with butter
Add in water and cook until vegetables are tender
Blend or mash vegetables fine than add in coconut milk and a dash of cream.
Garnish with greens and adjust salt and pepper.
