Ingredients:
Vegetables of choice eg:
Red and green cabbage Mushrooms
Green and red peppers
Baby Marrow
Carrots- julienne strips
Onion slices
3-4 cloves garlic- sliced
Soya sauce
Worcester sauce
Lemon pepper
Pinch of sugar
½ tsp whole jeeru
Olive oil
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
METHOD:
In a wok or large pan, roast jeeru seeds lightly.
Add olive oil and garlic- heat until aroma arises
Add all the vegetables and toss until done- crispy and not over cooked.
Add lemon pepper, sauces and oils. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
Roast together pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a small pan and sprinkle over just before serving.
