1 tsp baking .powder
3 tblsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp yeast – instant dry yeast
Mix the above ingredients together then beat.
¼ cup oil
2 eggs
± ½ cup warm milk and ½ cup warm water together.
Make nice soft dough and leave it to raise once risen, punch down and make small balls, flatten slightly with rolling pin, fry in hot oil and make a potato filling.
Potato filling
3 potatoes (cubed and boiled with salt)
3 eggs (boiled)
1 onion (cubed finely)
Mix everything together; add salt, red chillies and green dhana.
Fill in vetkoek and enjoy
