The perfect summer sip
Made with Perfectly Hydrating watermelon and cooling mint
About 90% water and soaked in nutrients and beneficial plant compounds
Deseed some melon and chop up. make a syrup of 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water (I used suki sweetener so you can reduce sugar amount to ³ ¾), boil for 10 mins and leave to cool. In a blender add in chopped melon, cooled syrup and handful of mint leaves. Freeze away in a container/jug till slushy. Fill your cups with crushed ice, top with watermelon slush and top further with lemonade
