4 in 1 Cutlets with a Twist

Chicken.. spaghetti..mash ..cheese

And..chopped Jelapeno and pepperdews

 

For this recipe always remember..equal amounts of all 4 ingredients..thats key

The secret to successfull cutlets that contain

Mash ..check it out

 

Step 1..chicken

2 cups cubed chicken fillet

1 tblsp Ghee

1 level tsp salt or aromat

Half to 1 tsp ground green chillies

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp lemon juice

Half tsp pepper

Quarter tsp whole cumin seeds

Cook on medium in its own juices

Dont fry..switch off as soon as water burns out

Cool and shred with ur fingers

Add chopped green dhania

 

Step 2..

2 medium potatoes

Cut into chunks

Boil till soft

Drain or burn out access water

Add 2 tblsp butter

Half tsp salt

Quarter tsp pepper

Mash well…must not hav moisture

cool properly

Chill the mash if possible

 

Step 3 ..

Boil spaghetti well in salted water

Drain well

Break into smaller pieces

 

Step 4 ..grated cheese of ur choice

 

Step 5..

chop up bottled jelapenos..about 3 tblsp

Chopp up botyled pepperdews..3 tblsp

 

Add All the above ingredients together

Making sure all are almost the same amounts

Add in the chopped pepperdews and jelapenos

Adjust the seasoning..

Mix the mixture lightly with a fork

Put the dish in the freezer to chill well

 

Now make equal sized portions ..balls

Flatten slightly

Dip in beaten egg

Dip in crumbs..crushed corn flakes

And chill well..or freeze

Thaw at room temperature for frying

Dip in beaten egg and fry immediately

In shallow oil

Medium heat

Turning gently..to get a golden colour

Serve with a delicious sauce dip
