Adega chicken recipe (25.08.11)

1 CHICKEN CUT INTO PIECES
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
1 TBLSP GARLIC
1 TBLSP CHILLIE PASTE
½ TSP CHILLIE POWDER
¼ TSP ARAD
½ TSP CRUSHED RED CHILLIES
MARINATE CHICKEN WITH ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND COOK ON WITH GHEE ON HIGH FOR 10 MINUTES. REMOVE AND PLACE ON A TRAY:

SAUCE
IN A POT ADD GARLIC BUTTER ABOUT 2 TBLSPS
3 TBLSPS NANDOS CHAKALAKA, 2 TBLSPS NANDOS MEDITTAREANEAN SAUCE, 3 TBSLP GARLIC PERI PERI SAUCE, 3 TBLSP MAYONNAISE AND 1 TSP RED CHILLIE POWDER. BOIL TILL THICK, POUR OVER CHICKEN AND PUT FOIL OVER AND GRILL IN OVEN FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
