AK47 Springrolls (Recipe credit:Sa’diyya Seedat)

Cubed Tenderised steak & cooked in Salt, vinegar, fine chillies, rough chillies, a little green chilli, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
Add very little oil for the masala to Cook and cook dry. Set aside and cool.

Wash potatoes and cube small and fry until done and add salt,vinegar and masala.

Cube the following small pieces Russian, Vienna, polony.

Let everything cool down.

Once cool add your sauces, Tomato,mustard,mayo and chilli sauce, don’t add too much as you don’t want to drench your Springrolls sheets.

Add grated cheese and your filling is ready.
