5 cups All Bran flakes…. keep aside.
Melt 500g butter with 1 ½ cup sugar and let it cool let cool. keep aside.
1kg self-rising flour,1tblsp baking powder and ¼ tsp salt…. mix together.
1 carton Inkomazi/sour milk mix with 2 eggs.
Add flour mixture and butter mixture to Inkomazi/sour milk mixture then lastly add the all-bran….
Mix and Put in a rusk pan or 4 loaf pans and bake……After baking slice and put in the oven to brown.
