1 tblsp ginger garlic
1tblsp chillie paste
1 tsp salt
1 tblsp ground almonds
1 tblsp coconut
1 tblsp crushed dhania
1 tsp crushed jeeru
1 tsp mustard
2tblsp tomato paste
2 tblsp Mayonnaise
Pinch of saffron
Juice of 1 lemon.
Method:
Marinate with above n leave for 1 hour
Cook chicken with 30g of butter add a handful of cocktail tomatoes n simmer.

2 tblsp ghee 2 whole red chillies 3 cloves garlic (sliced) 1 tsp whole jeeru 1 tblsp sliced Almonds few sprigs curry leaves braise vagaar n pour over chicken just before serving serve with garlic pita or Naan enjoy
