4 cups flour
1 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp baking soda or 4 tsp baking powder
1 ½ Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp icing sugar
3 Tsp oil / ghee
4 Tbsp yogurt room temperature
Mix everything together
Make dough with luke warm milk
Aloo/potatoe filling
Cut 5 large potatoes in cubes n boil
In a frying pan heat little butter and braise 1 cut up onion
Add 1 Tbsp jeero, salt, cut up green chillies, red chillie powder, half tsp crushed dhana n garam masala
Braise well
Now add boiled potatoes n mash while mixing
Do not mash completely
Divide dough into 7 balls
Roll each ball add filling and close
Pat till flat, roll a little
Brush egg, till & black seeds
Heat a tawa or non stick pan
Fry naan on the plain side
When nice n brown transfer to an oven tray n grill the top
Brush with butter n garnish with green dhania
