Ingredients
3 to 4 tblsp oil
4 to 5 cups diced mixed vegetables (spinach/potatoes/mushrooms/cauliflower)
2 cups Balti sauce
Chopped fresh dhana leaves and garam masala
Method
1. Heat wok or nonstick saute pan over medium heat
2. Add oil when oil is hot add mixed vegetables and stir fry until browned.
3. Add Balti sauce and stir fry until hot and bubbling.
4. Lower heat cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until vegetables are cooked.
5. If sauce is too dry then add ¼ cup water or vegetable stock
6. Add salt to taste
7. Garnish with chopped Dhana leaves and sprinkle garam masala
