30ml Nestle cocoa
250ml warm water
2 large Nestle Bar One Chocolates roughly chopped
6 large eggs
250ml sugar
150ml oil
200g cake flour
15ml Maizena
20ml baking powder
Filling:
150ml fresh cream
30ml Nestle Cocoa
Topping:
3 Large Nestle Bar One Chocolates roughly chopped
100ml fresh cream
To sprinkle:
1 Large Nestle Bar One Chocolate grated
Line 2x 230cm round cake tins with non stick cooking spray. Heat oven to 180C. Mix cocoa and water. In a small saucepan, heat the cocoa mixture with chocolate and melt over low heat; allow to cool by placing saucepan in a bowl of cold water. In a large bowl, place eggs and sugar beat till light and fluffy. Add oil and continue beating till blended. Pour chocolate mixture into bowl and mix well. Sift flour, maizena and baking powder into chocolate mixture and fold in lightly with a matel spoon. Divide mixture between the 2 cake tins and bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes, before turning out on a wire rack and leaving to cool.
Filling:
Whip cream until stiff, sift cocoa over and fold gently into cream.
Topping:
Place chocolate in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Add cream and warm till small bubbles appear. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
To Assemble:
Top one cake with all the filling, place second cake on top. Pour Bar One topping over cake and let it run down the sides. Sprinkle top of cake with grated Bar OOne.
