SUFFICIENT FOR1-2 KG FISH
INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoon garlic
4 teaspoon crushed red chilies
2 teaspoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon arad
4 tespoon dhana-jeero powder
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
METHOD:
Mix all ingredients together.
Marinate fish. Leftover masala can be stored in the freezer.
Sprinkle flour on fish before frying.
Fry both sides in medium – hot, shallow oil until crisp.
N.B: This masala can also be used to make fish biryani.
