Batter Fish

500g Hake washed and salted
1 egg
2 Tbs oil
2 Tbs Vinegar
2 heaped tsp Baking Powder
Salt to taste
1 cup Flour
Water to make batter (this time I used soda water)
Beat egg, oil, vinegar, salt and baking powder together then add flour and mix with water to make a batter.
Dip fish in batter and fry till golden brown. Put in Pyrex dish cover with foil and steam
in oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes before serving
