Bhen Foi’s Bhedu Bhaji

6 bunch methi bhaji,washed
2 big onions, chopped
Oil/ ghee
3 green chillies, cut in 3
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp arad
1/4 tsp dhana jeeru

Sauté onions and green chillies in ghee/oil till slightly soft. Add bhaji and spices and cook till done. Scramble in 3 eggs before eating.
