Ingredients
1 Tub Fresh cream
1 tblsp sugar
2 eggs
4 tsps Baking powder
Handful of coconut
3 cups flour approximately
½ tin Blueberries drained
Method:
1. Whisk fresh cream and sugar
2. Add eggs and coconut
3. Ad baking powder and flour
4. Lastly fold in strained blueberries.
5. Bake at 200c for approximately 15 minutes
