My butter Baked fish⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What better than a buttery melt in your mouth piece of fish at the end of the day
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1kg fillet hake portioned ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 lemon zest and juice ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2tsp coriander seeds crushed lightly ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1tsp paprika powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp fish spice ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 cloves garlic grated ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
70g butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Seasoning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
Massage all the ingredients into your fish besides the butter. Using some butter coat a baking tray that has a lip or a casserole dish generously. Cut the remaining butter into blocks/cubes. Place fish on the tray or in the dish, and top with small cubes of butter. Preheat your oven on 180 and bake for 25’ minutes. Serve with vegetables or mash potatoes. Well, anything made with potato will be a great side to this dish.
