Ingredients:
1 kg cubed chicken fillet
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ginger garlic
2 tsp fresh red chillies
1tsp ground jeeru
1 tblsp ghee
Sauce:
250 ml fresh cream
1 tblsp Steers Peri – Peri
Sauce
½ tsp salt
1 small tin tomato paste
Method:
Marinate chicken in spices.
Cook chicken in ghee until well done and remove from stove.
Mix the sauce ingredients together.
Add ½ of the sauce to the chicken and mix.
Pour remainder of sauce over chicken and garnish with dhania and fried potatoes.
