INGREDIENTS
1 kg CHICKEN FILLET – CUBED
125ml PLAIN YOGHURT
2 TSPS GINGER GARLIC MASALA
2 TSP FINE RED CHILLIE POWDER
1 TSP SALT
¼ TSP GROUNG BLACK PEPPER
2 TBLSPS FRESH LEMON JUICE
SAUCE
2 TBLSP NESTLE CREAM
½ CUP TOMATOE PUREE
1 TSP SUGAR
1/2 TSP ARAD/TURMERIC
125 GRAMS BUTTER
DHANIA LEAVES
METHOD
1.MARINATE CHICKEN CUBES WITH YOGHURT, GINGER GARLIC MASALA, SALT, RED CHILLIE POWDER, BLACK PEPPER AND LEMON JUICE.
2.COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL ALL MOISTURE EVAPORATES.
3.BOIL ALL SAUCE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BUTTER FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
4.COOL AND POUR OVER CHICKEN.
5.MELT BUTTER AND MIX INTO CHICKEN AND SAUCE.
6.GARNISH WITH DHANIA LEAVES AND SERVE.
