Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
1kg cubed chicken fillet
1 cup thick sour milk (maas)
1 cup fresh cream
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp crushed red chilli
1 tsp dhana jeero powder
Half tsp arad (turmeric)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Half tin tomato puree
1 tsp salt
125g butter
Method:
Mix all ingredients together except butter and fresh cream
Allow to marinate
Melt butter and add marinated chicken
Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until done
Add fresh cream & mix through
Cook until well mixed & gravy is thick
Garnish with green dhaniya leaves & enjoy!
