¼ Cup Butter
½ Cup Cheese
1 tbl green chutney
Mix together, press flat & put in fridge.
Mince together
3 Slice’s bread-unsoaked
1 kg chicken fillet
1 Onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
Once minced add ¼ cup oil. Make kebaab’s with pieces of butter in the center. Dip in breadcrumb’s, put in foil cups & bake on 180c till done.
