Butter naan

Recipe credit: My mother Khadeeja Kaka

3 cups bread flour
1 pkt of instant yeast
1 tbl sugar
1 tsp milk powder (optional)
I tsp salt
100g butter melted
Disolve the yeast in a cup of warm water with the sugar and milk powder
Gradually add to the dry ingredients
Add a bit more water to form a dough (you can bind this easily in your stand mixer)
Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size
Roll into discs and fry on a hot tawa basting with melted butter
Serve with kebabs and a fresh salad.
