INGREDIENTS
1 Packet tennis biscuits
125g Margerine
Crush biscuits fine and mix well with margerine. Set in large Pyrex or pie dish and refrigerate.
FILLING
1 Big tin Nestle cream
1 Tine condensed milk- ¾ or according to taste
2 Cups Cremora milk powder
½ Cup Lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with electric beater 2-3 min. Spread over set base. Decorate as desired with fresh fruit even crushed chocolate- Delicious!
