Ingredients:
2kg prawns shell on
1 tsp homemade ginger garlic paste
1 Tblsp seafood wet masala
Sauce
500ml milk
4 Tblsps butter
250ml sour cream
Bbq vic spice
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and marinate prawns. Let it marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Add 3 Tblsps of salted butter and a little of the above masalas to your flat pot, mix and allow to melt. Once butter has melted, add prawns to the pot and cook for 2 minutes. Add a little water to steam slightly. Take out and set aside. Make prawns sauce in the same pot or a bigger pot. Add the following ingredients butter and bbq vic with some salt and allow to melt. Add sour cream and milk and allow to boil. Once boiled and thickened, add prawns and cook for 3 minutes. Serve with Portuguese rolls
