Dough:
2 cups cake flour
Pinch salt
4 Tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp oil
1 egg
¾ cup milk
Combine all ingredients for dough together in dish, adding just enough milk to form a pliable dough. On a floured surface and cut into equal rectangles or rounds
Place a spoonful of filling onto each rectangle or round, lightly brushed edges with water fold over ends to enclose filling. Brush with egg 7 make slits on top using a knife.
Filling
500g chicken cubed
1 cup mixed veg
¾ cup cubed potatoes
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp aromat
½ tsp chicken spice
1 Tbsp ghee or butter.
Cook above ingredients together. Cool. Add chopped greens. ( Mint & dhania & spring onion.)
