INGREDIENTS
2 CUPS COOKED CHICKEN – SHREDDED
MIX WITH:
•2 EGGS BEATEN
•1 TSP BAKING POWDER
•SOME CHOPPED GREEN DHANIA
•2 TBLSP DICED RED PEPPER
•A PINCH OF GROUND BLACK PEPPER
•1 TBLSP MAYYONAISE
•2 TSP SOFT BUTTER
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH COOKED SHREDDED CHICKEN. PLACE A TSP FULL OF THIS MIXTURE IN A WELL GREASED MINI MUFFIN TRAY OR IN MINI FOIL CUPS.
BAKE @180c FOR 15 MINUTES. PIPE MASH OVER AND GARNISH.
