2 Tbsp oil
1 onion
1 tsp chilli powder
1n tsp ginger and garlic pounded
1 green chilli
¼ turmeric powder
Salt
1 stick cinnamon
1 Chicken
½ Tbsp tomato puree
½ cup water
1 cup mixed veg
6 mushrooms
Grated cheese
2/3 cups Noodles boiled drained
Granish
2 tsp chopped and drained fresh dhunia leaves.
Heat oil add chopped onions and all the spices and sauté until lightly browned. Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides for 4 minutes. Add tomato puree and water and simmer for 3 minutes, add vegetables and mushrooms and cook until vegetables are soft. Layer vegetables and noodles in a casserole dish sprinkle grated cheese on top and place under preheated grill for 5-8 minutes.
Garnish with finely chopped dhunia leaves and serve warm.
