Cut chicken into thin, small strips
Marinate in: 1tsp freshly ground red chillies, half tsp freshly ground green chillies, half tsp crushed garlic, 1tsp chilli n garlic blend, 1tsp portuguese spice, 1tsp mochacho spice, 1tsp italian herbs, 1tsp parsley, 1tsp lemon pepper, 2tblsp nandos wild herb sauce.
Heat olive oil in pan with half tsp crushed garlic..Add chicken n stir fry..When half done add about ¼ red n ¼ green pepper stripped. Don't let chicken get too dry..Add little water when cooking.
Boil spaghetti in salted water with little olive oil. When done, drain n mix in chicken. Add sliced green olives.
Optional sauce to add b4 serving:
In a saucepan..Boil 1cup fresh cream, half cup milk, chives, mixed herbs, parsley n a few tblsp of sauces of your choice…I normally use nandos sauces…add about ¼ cup grated cheese last n stir in to melt.
Heat spaghetti n chicken 1st…Then mix in sauce.
Serve with a sprinkle of grated cheese on top
