- 10Kg Chicken.
- 3 to 4 Platter spoons ginger garlic red Masala.
- 5 Tablespoons Salt.
- 5 Tablespoons Dry Dhana.
- 5 Tablespoons Fine Red Chillies.
- 5 Tablespoons Whole Jeero.
- 1 Litre Lemon Juice.
- 1 Litre Sour Milk.
- 1 Big Tub Yoghurt.
- 7 Tomatoes Grated.
- 1 X 10 gram Saffron.
- 30 Fried Onions.
- 22 cups Basmati Rice.
- 2 ½ cups green peas.
- 2 ½ cups masooor
Method:
Marinate the chicken in all the spices. Add the lemon juice; yoghurt; sour milk, crushed onions and the grated tomatoes. Add 1kg whole green chillies and saffron. Now make the ghee hot, then add a little rice with Masoor. Then add the chicken, a thin layer of Masoor, peas… then the rice and the fried potatoes (about 3/4 bag) and garnish with a little Masoor, peas and fried onions on the top. Allow to steam. Serve with Sour milk and salad.
