Chicken fillet 250g cubed
1 tsp Ginger garlic
½ tsp salt
2 tsp casheonuts (grind/crush)
1 tsp black pepper
1 dinner spoon yoghurt
1 dinner spoon (unsalted) butter
1 dinner spoon tomato paste
250ml Water
Mix all the above ingredients together, after 20 minutes of cooking,
add Fresh cream (do not boil)
Lemon
Serve with roti or chapatti or boiled rice
