Ingredients :
1 KG Chicken fillets ( cut into thin strips )
Method :
Marinate chicken in the following spices for an hour :
2 tbl plain paste of ginger & garlic
2 tbl soy sauce
1 tbl white vinegar
3 tbl chilli paste
In a quantity of oil (3/4 cup should do) fry little batches of chicken till browned.
Set chicken aside,using a litte sugar and salt to flavour the chicken.
Fry following vegetables at a time till crisp :
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 carrots julienne
1 green pepper (strips)
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup bean sprouts
4 tbl chopped spring onion
Season vegetables with :
1 tbl soy sauce
2 tb sugar
2 tbl Chinese salt (MSG)
1 tsp Aromat
Black pepper,salt
Add 250g Chinese noodles that have been pre cooked to vegetables.
Add Chicken and stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes.
Vegetables must still retain crispness.
Serve piping hot
