Ingredients:
1 pkt Chinese noodles
½ kg Boneless Chicken
As per tasteSalt
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 Tbsp White pepper powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Chinese salt
3-4 Spring onions (chopped)
4 Tbsp Vinegar
4 Tbsp Soya sauce
2 Tbsp Corn flour
4 -6 Tbsp Dalda cooking oil
Garnish:
3-4 Green chillis
As required Chilli Sauce
Method:
Break the noodles into small pieces and add to 10 12 cups of boiling water. When tender, strain and soak the noodles in cold water to cool.
In a wok, heat dalda oil on medium heat for 2 -3 min.
Add chicken and stir-fry on high heat
Add noodles, salt, white pepper, sugar, Chinese salt, soya sauce and vinegar. Mix well on high heat.
Add spring onion and sprinkle corn flour.
Stir vigorously for 2 3 min and remove from heat.
