2 onions
1 kg chicken fillet- cubed
2 tsp ground garlic
2 Tbsp green ground chillies
1 creamstle sweet corn
1 litre fresh milk
1 fresh cream
1 pkt white onion soup
1 pkt mushroom soup or soup of choice
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
1. Braise onion in ghee
2. Put in chicken cubes with the crushed green chillies, ground garlic, salt and pepper. Leave to cook
3. When done, remove, process meat and add back into pot.
4. add 1 tin creamstyle corn and 1 litre milk
5. mix soups in a little water and add to a pot. Leave to cook. Also add 1 litre of water.
6. cook till thick approx 1-1 ½ hrs.
7. When done add 1 fresh cream, dhania and spring onion.
