½ kg chicken fillet
½ cup onion chopped
½ tsp garlic flakes
½ tsp lemon pepper
½ tsp ground jeera
½ tsp ground dhania
3 tblsp lemon juice
1 cup finely chopped tomato
¼ tsp turmeric/arad
1 tsp fine white pepper
½ tsp fine black pepper
1 tsp whole jeera
Salt and green chillies to taste
METHOD
1. Sauté onion in 3 tablespoons ghee
2. Marinate cubed chicken with all above ingredients
3. Add to sautéed onion and cook until done
