1 kg chicken fillet washed and cubed
1 tsp red chilles
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger garlic masala
2 tblsp lemon juice
2 tlsp white vinegar
1 tsp jeero
1 tso fine dhana
1 small tin tomato paste
3 tblsp sour milk
Yellow food colouring ..just for xtra colouring
Heat 2 tblsp of ghee and a pinch of whole jeero and allow to heat
Add chicken and mix well
Then add the rest of the ingredients and allow to cook on low until tender
When ready to serve add 3 tblsp of tomato sauce
Serve with savoury rice or chips
